XUV - 700 The Most awaited SUV........

XUV 700 is being tested on the road over the year , What Can we expect from  the legendary Car Brand Mahindra......

The Mahindra XUV 700 has been around for nearly a decade  now and while it had received a couple of face-lift during its time ,Test mules of Second gen XUV 500 have been spied under the camouflage,  revealing various details over time ...


Mahindra has given the XUV 700 fresh underpinnings.  It is based on the company's new W601 monocoque platform and is bigger than the model it will replace , The XUV 700 make the sharper and more premium looks than before...

The Indian carmaker currently has an suv only line up and the passenger maker , most recent Mahindra models like the XUV 300 and Second gen Thar have descent driving Dynamic.  The XUV 700 will set the benchmark for Mahindra-cars future Cabin will be integrated dual display for the touchscreen infotainment cluster.  It has traded in some of the quirky designs detail refine asthmatic of the dashboard. The model inspired with dualtone upholstery also makes it look the More Premium looks .


While the official feature list for the XUV 700 is yet to be revealed,  a few details have already has been spied on test mules , Some of these features are tech as autonomous emergency braking,  lane keep assistance and may be Adaptive Cruise Control ADAS in Tech suite .One test mule was also kitted with a power adjustable driver seat with memory function....

The Original Xuv 500 offer the AWD system in top spec varient in Diesal Automatic,  we can Expect AWD with Petrol and Diesal in Automatic too, It will be the First in segments feature which is not available in Any of the car in the segment for now....

Expected Launch and Prices...

The Mahindra XUV 700 is slated to reach showroom around July 2021 . It is expetp be Priced Around 15 to 22 lacs Ex showroom,  A premium over the first gen XUV 500, It will strengthen the Position of Mid Size SUV segment to rival Tata Harrier/ Safari,  MG Hector / Hector Plus , and the upcoming Hyundai Alcazar..


Mahindra will be offering the XUV 700 with the choice of 2.2 Litre Diesal Engine with Automatic option and even a 2.0 Litre turbo- Petrol engine.  These are the same engines used in Thar , it produces 150ps/320 NM , However engine will be likely to be tune to offering performance in XUV 700. It will be available in automatic and manual transmission with 4wd option.....
