MG Hector launch its Hector face-lift on 7th Jan and also launched 7seater Hector. Added with some useful features .....
MG Motors has always launch its product with great prices but this time they launch Hector Face-lift with some Interesting features like ventilated seats and Hinglish voice commands as well as with a wireless charger. Definitely the MG Motor India has increased the prices but the Prices worth it for Hector.
MG Hector mainly competes with Hyundai Creta , Kia Seltos , Nissan Kicks , Jeep Compass , Renault Duster and with Tata Harrier.
But The Competition of Tata Harrier and Hyundai Creta can lead problems to the sales figures of Hector . Hector being a great VFM product but still Consumers are buying Creta and Harrier for their sales services and build quality. Still MG Hector is selling better than Harrier but the Face-lift of Hector is still not competing with robustness and road presence of Harrier. Whereas on other side Creta is also not behind because it segment king and most sales in market
mostly all features that Hector is providing as well as ride quality and suspension set-up is also slightly better than Hector .
Xuv 500 next gen with ADAS and dual screen as well as with AWD options And Tata Safari (7seaterHarrier) is going to launched in first half of 2021 . which can create more options for consumers in sub compact SUV segments.
Kia Seltos is also a rough and tough competitor of Hector. Its also provide features like Head up display and blind spot camera which is not provided in Hector.
So we can expect the HECTOR face-lift launched can be a great competitor to its rivals especially with Harrier , King Creta and Warrior Seltos because Tata is Indian brand and due to Atmanirbhar campaign Harrier as well as better ride quality but it can defeat Hector in sales figures. And we cannot miss the road presence and suvish felling which attracts many consumers. Whereas Korean brands attracts Indian consumers with their products and technologies.
