Sedans Sales are decreasing day by day ..

Sedans were the most enhancing segments in Indian Market , but the consumers are getting attracted towards the Suv's Now , Sedans segments is divided into three sub segments which includes compact Sedans,  Midsize

Sedans and Luxury Sedans. There are majorly three reasons why the Sedans Market are Decreasing day by day..

1 . Consumers need more road presence and excellent ride quality in less prices .

2. High Ground Clearance and aggressive and linear look is became necessity for today's consumers.

3.Rear seat space , High seating position and easy handling is very important and major expect for today's consumers..

Suv's offering high Ground Clearance,  Better ride quality and better handling even the Agressive looks and Robust road presence then Sedans ..

Maruti Swift Desire, Hyundai Verna and Skoda Octavia are the cars which are leading in their segments of sedans , But their sales figures are decreasing day by day , many of the brands discontinued the Hybrid Sedans due to low sales .

Suv's like Creta , Seltos and Hector as well as Harrier provides better features then the Segments leading Verna with less price difference.  That's why consumers nit looking towards sedans nowadays.

If you need a car for highway and long drive with comfort,  mileage and for city drive sedans are the segments you should go for , But Indians consumers who are passionate for long drive usually go to the rural areas where road conditions are not up to the notch thats why the segments like Sedans are being ignored nowadays.
